    Pyratape P Wormer

    We recommend all users of this product have viewed our Worming Horses Webpage + take steps to monitor both individual and environmental burdens.

    Pyratape P Horse Wormer Paste contains Pyrantel embonate and is used for the treatment of adult infections of large and small redworms, Ascarids and Pinworms found in the gastro-intestinal tract of horses, ponies and foals. A double dose will treat for tapeworm infection. Pyratape P also treats and controls tapeworm infection.

    Each tube is sufficient to treat 600kg of bodyweight.

    POM-VPS products will be dispensed in three specific scenarios:

    1. The patient is currently under the care of Farr and Pursey Equine, has been seen by one of the veterinary surgeons and consequently prescribed the product. This also includes the provision of ongoing medication for long term conditions (which are subject to individual case review before being issued).
    2. A veterinary prescription has been issued and has been reviewed by a dispensing veterinary surgeon within Farr & Pursey Equine.
    3. You have filled out the online form at checkout to show you understand how and when to use this product.

    Vectin Wormer

    Vectin Horse Wormer is a flavoured paste containing ivermectin for the treatment of infestations in horses caused by internal parasites including small and large redworms, lungworms, pinworms and bots.

    Each tube is sufficient to treat 600kg of bodyweight.
