EKYGARD+ : triple gastric protection

In horses, the gastric mucosa is often affected by the highly acidic environment of the stomach, particularly during exercise or when the animal is stressed. Acidity may affect the horse’s quality of life, its digestive function and, of course, its performance. These critical periods therefore require specific nutritional support.

Purpose:

EKYGARD+ is a nutritional support formulated by AUDEVARD Laboratories for the needs of the equine stomach.

Formula:

EKYGARD+ offers a triple gastric protection against acidity thanks to its comprehensive formula containing a new plant-based complex: Pectigard Complex® (pectin-lecithin), as well as magnesium hydroxide and plant extracts.

Formula without animal by-products or coloring.

Our advice:

Help your customers plan ahead for periods when the horse’s needs are increased (transportation, competition, taking medication etc.) and advise them to give EKYGARD+ a minimum of three to four days before, and for up to one week after these periods.

Daily allowance

1 measure=20g
Adult horses: 2 level measures morning and evening. Ponies: 1 measure morning and evening.
EKYGARD+ can be given all year round.
