Within only a few months of using them, I was blown away by the efficient, helpful, approachable team. No question is too big or small, the office team is a friendly, well-organised machine.
The team of vets are excellent. It never feels like they want to use up all of your insurance money in one go (a huge benefit of their independent status). They have a genuine want to treat your horse in the best way that is suitable for the circumstances, rather than adopt a ‘one rule fits all’ approach.
