No more engaged dial tone!

As the practice has expanded, so has our client base wanting to get through to the office. We have been aware for sometime that getting an engaged dial tone has become a common sound when calling us. The COVID-19 restrictions have delayed some changes within the practice, however its about to change.

On the 29th September we are having a new telecommunications system put into the practice. It is in the process of being installed at the moment and will be live in a matter of days.

The system will enable you to leave messages if we are engaged, in addition to informing you on any wait times – coupled with a whole host of additional services behind the scenes. The system is also expanding our line capacity – enabling us to provide an even better service.
